This home is perfect for family reunions and business retreats. This house is situated on a double lot and is the ultimate in total privacy. The rear yard is adorned with lush landscaping, hardscape, low voltage night lighting, and pergolas abloom with Wisteria and grape vines plus a delightful in-ground 15x30 foot swimming pool.
The interior entertaining spaces are open, light and airy and filled with a mix of antique, designer and casual beach furnishings. The open floor plan is perfect for family gatherings. The first floor living space has beautiful Mahogany floors throughout, a gas fireplace, and walls of floor-to-ceiling French doors overlooking the multi-level deck and rear gardens with in-ground swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for entertaining with stainless steel appliances. There are multiple dining areas - the interior dining area seats 12 comfortably, the porch dining seats 4 to 8, and the rear deck dining, overlooking the yard and pool, seats 12-14. The 15x22 foot screened porch just off the living area boasts the original brick floor and vaulted cedar ceiling with fan, two comfy sofas, large serving buffet, and dining area - great for relaxing after a day at the beach. You can also enjoy our private, open-air outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.
The spacious master bedroom suite has a King bed and en-suite double bath with vaulted ceilings, Jacuzzi tub with wonderful views of the rear yard. There are five additional bedrooms, three on the second floor level that share a full bath and two on the main level, each with King beds, that share a full bath.
In season Memorial Day through mid September this home is available for weekly rentals only. Mid September through May daily rentals are available with a three night minimum. Great for corporate retreats, weddings, holidays, or special events (event fee applies if party over 20).. Drive or Bike to beach (about six to seven blocks). Heated Pool option available for additional $250 per week. Be sure to enjoy a family beach fires during the evening. Permits are available at town hall on Rodney Street for a fee of $60, $40 is refunded after clean up.

Bedding: Lower Lever, 2 bedrooms w/shared bath both with King beds. Upper level 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master suite w/king bed, large bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub, 2nd bedroom w/queen bed, third bedroom w/queen and twin, fourth bedroom with double and twin.
No smoking, no pets.
