The townhouse is furnished with a delightful mix of white washed coastal cottage-style furnishings and has those special touches that make you never want to leave. The lovely lower level boasts an open floor plan, full bath, hardwood floors and fabulous views of the dune. The oceanfront screened porch provides a perfect retreat from the sun and for winding down after a day at the beach. The lower level was completely remodeled in 08 and four additional oceanfront windows were added on this level. During the off-season months you can enjoy the ambiance of the electric fireplace that will take the chill away on those rainy nights. There are 2 Adirondacks and a lounge chair in the sand dune in front of the townhouse for your enjoyment.
There is also an oceanfront, lower level deck with picnic table and BBQ grill as well as an upper level oceanfront deck with lounge chairs and table for those that prefer the sun. This is a perfect setting for watching the sunrise and for enjoying the dolphins playing in the water while sipping your evening cocktails. Beach fires are permitted on the beach with a permit from town hall on Rodney Street, Bay side. $60 fee w/$40 refund for cleaning up after the fire.
Walk out your front door and put your toes in the sand! You do not get any closer than this! Enjoy the common area hot/cold outdoor shower on the south side of the building. Parking for two cars, sleeps six, one queen bed, three twins, one queen sleep sofa.
If the week you would like is booked, please ask about other available properties, including a 2 bedroom condo in this building. Colonial Seas Condominium is a small, two story building with only six units. We sit right in the sand at the end of Saulsbury Street. Three of our six condos are owner occupied and are not rentals.
Accommodations: 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 5, outdoor hot/cold shower. Dogs Permitted (Saulsbury Street) This lovely, recently renovated two story oceanfront townhouse sits right in the sand dune and is a short walk to all that Dewey has to offer!
From Memorial Day to October 1 we rent only by the week. From October 1-Memorial day we have discounted weekend, weekend and daily rates with 2 night minimum.
Amenities: Central air, TV’s in living room and bedrooms, Washer/Dryer, DW, Microwave, Off Street Parking for two Cars in parking lot closest to house, Cable, High Speed Wireless Internet, DVD, CD Player, Gas BBQ grill, full array of cooking utensils provided. Please bring your own sheets, towels and paper products.

Dogs permitted w/pet fee $175 for 1 dog, $225 for 2 dogs.

Rates, Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Saturday-to-Saturday Rental, Check in is 3pm, Check out is 10:00
May 30 - August 30: $2,150 - $2,850/week
September: $2,500-$2,100 week
October - May: $1,875-$1,000 week depending on month
Weekends in OFF-SEASON by request: Sept-May $150-$295 night
$450 Refundable Security Deposit
Pet Fee: $175/Week for 1 dog; $225/Week for 2 dogs
Cleaning Fee: $70.00
Dates available: Year Round
Half Payment Due at Time of Rental Agreement.
Balance Due 60 Days Before Start of Rental Period.
Refunds: Once the lease is executed and payment is received there are no refunds unless we are able to re-rent your week. In that case, we will refund you payment, minus a 15 percent cancellation fee assuming we could re-rent your week for the full price that you paid.
